A: Processing takes 5–10 business days (time needed to create your unit to perfection). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends & bank holidays):
UK Domestic: 3–5 business days
International: 5–7 business days (customs clearance may add extra time)
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, once processing has begun, we cannot cancel or modify your order. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

A: Yes — the price at checkout is the total cost for delivery, with no hidden fees.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely. International clients are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees as per their country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Once your wig leaves ENIWRHAND, delivery is in the hands of the courier. If delays occur, we’re happy to help track your order — just contact us. However, if stolen or lost, please do contact ROYAL MAIL.

Q: Can I return or exchange my wig?
A: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, bespoke and personalised items like ENIWRHAND wigs are exempt from standard 14-day returns.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the wig is faulty or damaged due to our error.
Q: What if my wig arrives damaged?
A: If your wig arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner
Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb
Air dry or use minimal heat
Store in a satin bag or on a wig stand to maintain shape
Q: Can I dye or style my wig?
A: Yes! Our wigs are made with premium-quality hair that can be dyed, straightened, and curled. Always use a heat protectant and, for colour work, we recommend a professional stylist.
